Job Summary:

To help the patients and the employees for the medical requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and help patients and transfer them between needed floors.
  • Discharge patients and help them to get to their cars.
  • Provide physical support to the patient if needed (help him stand, walk, sit, make scans or any medical procedure).
  • Samples & Blood units delivery.
  • Deliver medication to all floors from and to pharmacy.
  • Return beds from floors to recovery area.
  • Admission the patients to their rooms.
  • Transfer medical and nonmedical equipment between floors and from store to the floors.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Tawjihi certificate.
  • Physical ability to support patients who are not able to walk or lift themselves.
  • Basic English language
  • Excellent customer service skills
