INSURANCE AND
FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Abdali Hospital accepts a number of health insurance policies at the hospital. Not all doctors accept all policies. Please consult with our Patient Financial Services Department or ask your doctor directly to check if your insurance covers our services. 

Most outpatient and inpatient treatments must be authorised by the insurance company, by providing an approval code and/or through the use of insurance forms, before the treatment. Please bring your insurance card and forms to your appointment.

In some cases, insurance companies that do not yet have Abdali Hospital in their network may accept reimbursing you for treatment at the hospital, after you have paid for treatment yourself. Please contact your insurance company to confirm if this is possible. 

Our Patient Financial Services will offer advice on:

• What your insurance can cover and provide, based on the benefits of your policy. Our Patient Financial Services department will support you in coordinating any authorisation requirements for your outpatient and inpatient treatment
• Inform you about your own liabilities
• Provide you with estimates for total costs, if you need to pay part of the treatment yourself
• Provide updated information if there are complications or change of care plans, based on clinical needs, that lead to a longer admission time or different treatment
• Provide you with information about any deposit required and about when the payments are needed
• Provide you with an accurate bill at the end of your stay, offseting any paid deposit
