Dr. Haytham Allaham MD

Dr. Haytham Allaham is an American-trained interventional and structural cardiologist who completed cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, and structural heart disease fellowship training at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He previously served as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Director of the Structural Mitral Valve Program, and Associate Program Director of the Interventional and Structural Cardiology Fellowship.

His expertise includes complex coronary interventions, transcatheter aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valve procedures, PFO and ASD closure, and advanced heart failure care. He has performed more than 5,000 cardiac catheterization procedures, more than 500 transcatheter aortic valve replacements, and more than 100 transcatheter mitral valve interventions. He is American board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, and Adult Echocardiography.
