We will work with you to formulate a problem list, which we will use to unlock the possible causes of each finding. Before starting any intervention, your own goals and objectives will be accommodated and will drive the management plan.
The management plan will be delivered by the most capable team member and within the frame of multidisciplinary teamwork. This may include a nurse, physiotherapist, or consultant.
